| A.Exposed keel lifting method
|
Lift the steel frame according to the specifications of acoustic mineral wool board, which will be set on the steel furring directly.
1. Select a way for installation according to the design and position the lifting point.
2. Join the lifting point with ceiling top by expanding bolt or otherwise if there is pre-set unit on the top.
3. Decide the height of lifting pole as the ceiling’s tallness, generally in the range of 10-15mm.
4. Link the main joist to the ceiling and fix the side joist with the wall.
5. Arrange the middle keel and second keel according to the specifications of boards
6. Fit the acoustic board on it with residual evenly arranged around.
It is recommended to adopt CCB38 keel as carrying keel if the ceiling area exceeds 100㎡. And we suggest use CSA50 or CS60 as carrying keel to guarantee the stability of the whole structure.

| B. Hidden keel lifting method |
| Uses the T baking varnish keel and the light steel keel, according to uses the plate the specification hangs becomes outstanding the skeleton. Then directly does not put the board slot spot on the dragon skeleton. The slot spot assembles with the T keel.
Lift a keel frame with H Type light keel according to the specifications of boards. Insert the board into the keel frame and link all boards together with keel insert.
1. Fix the acoustic board by high-strength self-tapping screws on the keel frame composed by Yongjian light keel and the surface should be smooth and the joints should be faced up with special seam fillers.
2. Make a layer of glue (No. 401 or No.9030) on back of the board and stick the board to the paper-covered gypsum board along the base line, which is in the center of the ceiling, by starting from the middle-point. Then tighten the board with tic nails. |

| D. Complex post-lifting method |
| Fix the acoustic board on the keel frame composed according to the installation methods and the surface should be smooth and the joints should be faced up with special seam fillers. Make 15 points for glue application on back of the board and assemble it as the base line and fix it by nails. Insert board should be assembled from one side of installation line and fixed by doornails after 15 points for glue application have made. |
Insert the long side to the frame, and then it can be opened. (The short side should be connected by double L iron.)
It is recommended to use the Yongjian Brand frame. |
